Astro Bingo tell us about their latest exclusive room - Clickety Click 66 room - great idea, its basically a room dedicated to paying customers only - the room opens 2pm-5pm, and 8pm-11pm every day. The restriction in the room is each player is only allowed to purchase six tickets per game, at £1.00 a pop - sounds fair to us! Probably a great room to play whilst you’re alos having a few cards in the Two Fat Ladies and/or Legs 11.
Astro Bingo have also announced the introduction of UKCash to its online bingo playing customers - they describe it better than we could :

Well strike me down - last week I was just talking about Astro Bingo and how it was one of the better sites, and they have a great sign up bonus - well obviously it stuck in my head, as I found myself continuing to play bingo online there over the weekend - had a few minor wins over Friday and Saturday, only enough to buy myself a new bottle of wine for my Sunday online bingo session - and Sunday is where it all becomes a blur!!

I know we may have blogged about Astro Bingo before, but I happened to be getting my Monday night fix of Online Bingo and decided to check my Astro Bingo Account - lo and behold the Online Bingo gods were smiling on me, I had a bonus of £20 sitting in my account that I had forgotten all about.
So I logged on and had a thoroughly enjoyable two hours of online bingo! And I mean I really enjoyed it! After I had logged out, and returned to the all so boring real world - I started to think of what makes me enjoy playing at one online bingo room above another?
I have come up wth a number of things, and have even taken the trouble to put them in order of importance - let me know what you think and if your list ( if you were to make one ) would look like in comparison :

1. Other players - ok, ok, ok, lets be honest from the otuset - I DO NOT play bingo, online or offline, to make a living. I do it to meet other people and have a good goss with people I already know. If I happen to win some money, then great - i can play more! And if I were to win a massive prize, then sure, i’m not going to turn it down, but i do not login with the intention of giving up my day job tomorrow! So its important to me that the people at the same room are nice people and there are at least a few of them who are chatty!! I think this is one of the main reasons I loved Astro Bingo last night - there was a broad cross section of players online, and I had a really good giggle!
2. Presentation - or design, or usability - or whatever you want to call it - basically i need the site to be easy to use and let me get from sign up, to playing as quickly as possible!! And without searching for buttons or getting confused what game i’m playing or how much I have to pay! I consider myself a bit of an online bingo expert, and I have certainly been around the block in terms of different bingo rooms, and take it from me, they differ greatly in this aspect! Astro Bingo i’m glad to report is definitely one of the better ones and is friendly enough for me!
3. They Look After Me! - ok, a small point, and it may not even be a real person ( but i think at Astro Bingo is actually is a real person! ), but i LOVE the host that says hello to you when you join the room! It really does work in making you feel welcome! And it brings you right into the chat of the room straight away! No feeling like a stranger and standing by the wall ( or the online bingo equivalent of doing so anyway! )
